July and August sees Argerich in four European countries; Germany, England, Switzerland and Scotland. First up is a concert at the Klavier-Festival Ruhr on 14 July, where she will perform with Lilya Zilberstein. Then she will jet off to Verbier for a concert on July 22. And in August she will perform with Nelson Goerner at the Edinburgh Festival.

    Argerich is also due to play Schumann's concerto at the Royal Festival Hall, London on 7th June. That is, unless you know something that I don't(!)

  2. Does anyone know why Martha is indisposed? I have yet to hear her live and was very sad when she was not able to play at the Festival Hall in June.
    I have tickets for her concert in March 2012 at the Barbican and just hope she's there to play something - anything!!
